July 2nd- Registration is now open for the 2025- 2026 season.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration forms received by July 31, 2025 will be considered for the early bird draw where you can win back your registration fee.
All registration forms are due August 31, 2025.
Any forms received after August 31, 2025 will be placed on a waiting list and will have a $100 late penalty attached to them. Anyone applying for Kidsport must have both CRMHA registration form and Kidsport forms submitted by August 31, 2025. Contact Miranda Blaber for Kidsport forms.
It is preferred that you scan/email your registration forms if possible. We will accept them by mail as well, but email is the preferred method. Printed forms will be available at the post office starting around July 2nd.
REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration fees are due in full by October 1, 2025. You can pay your fees immediately, make payments, or send a cheque for a specific date. The only exception is U7 players that are new to the association and are trying it out before committing to the season. They will still be charged their insurance fee, but will be reimbursed the balance.
For E-transfer amounts, you MUST include in the Description/Notes the following information- Player Name, Division, What payment is for.
ie. Jack Smith, U13, Registration Fees
ie. Sally Jones, U15, Black & White socks
